Bolt in collapsible steering column to suit 3 bolt firewall mount (post 1970) steering columns.
Required for engineering in all of Australia when either of the following conditions apply;
Chassis swapping to a post 1992 chassis (ADR10/01)
When increasing power by more then 20% of the original engine output (VSB 14, LA2)
When installing a turbo on a naturally aspirated vehicle (VSB 14, LA3)
Splined end to suit 60/80/patrol steering box.

Suits all the original parts (indicator stalk, ignition barrel, cover, steering wheel, firewall mount, etc) from your existing column.
Comes with a retained bearing on the bottom of the outer column, inner collapsible shaft with unique serial number, outer collapsible column with unique serial number, engineering paperwork with reference to the serial number, spacer plates to account for the difference in diameter of the column at the clamp location.
Note that this is a changeover service, the outer steering column tube and inner steering column shaft are required to be sent to The Forty Factory. This keeps the price of the collapsable columns lower then manufacturing these parts new.
